PIRATES! (A swashbuckling adventure-fairytale!)

Anna Lyon
Raised by the pirates who kidnapped her, Anna remembers nothing from her childhood except growing up with her two brothers, Luke & Jesse, and having the Pirate King for a father. At times she is a bit naive, having been closely guarded all her life, but her one wish is to sail alongside her brothers as a pirate and equal.

Luke Lyon
Luke was once a fierce cutthroat, plundering the coasts on his father's ships. But a battle gone awry cost him an eye, and very nearly took his life as well. The incident made a profound impact on Luke, and since then he has lost much of his merciless attitude and cruel ways.

Jesse Lyon
The Pirate King's mischievous younger son, Jesse has recently returned from his first voyage on the sea with the pirate fleet. He is loyal and brave, often praised as a fighter and leader worthy of his father. Jesse would risk anything for his family, and never hesitates to put them first before himself.

Lee Farrier
A farrier's son, Lee became a soldier in order to defend the kingdom from the ruthless pirate bands that raided his own port town many years ago. His determination and hatred for the pirates he hunts, combined with a talent for war, propelled him to the rank of General in just five years of service in the King's Army.

The Pirate King
Known from sea to sea as the scourge and menace of the coasts, the Pirate King once tried to capture the throne. Although he was defeated in the greatest naval battle of the time, he continued his business of plunder and terror. Commanding a triad of ships from his island base, the Pirate King has long inspired fear in the hearts of many.

Princess Dawn
The Crown Princess of Gareth Kingdom, as well as Co-Regent in the absence of the King and Queen. Dawn has always known she will one day ascend the throne and become Queen; however, intertwined with her deep sense of responsibility is the simple desire to be free of the rigorous duties she is destined to bear.
